After many years of cooperation between the CEOs, Mark Gregg and Jonathan Grey, in the IMA (Incentive Marketing Association), encorePeople was formed in 2019. Combining our expertise resulting in an interactive business social recognition platform, which is focused on employee engagement, called encore®.
