Deletion of Data

The data processed by us will be deleted or their processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. Should your data be processed by our service providers who support us in creating, shipping and delivering our products, then the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the minimum required.

As part of the order processing, our partners have been carefully selected by us and are committed to us in accordance with the legal provisions of Article 28 GDPR to handle your data in a trustworthy manner and to observe our own data protection standards. Technical/organizational measures are checked by us on a regular basis. The data will only be processed in accordance with instructions. In particular, our processors are not permitted to pass on the data to third parties for advertising purposes or to use it commercially themselves.
